Remote Access

 

If you would like us to remotely access and repair your system,

please do the following:

1. Click HERE to download the remote access software.

 

If you are using internet explorer you should see the following screens:

Click on Run

Click on Run

Click on OK

Click on OK

 

If you are using Firefox you should see the following screens:

Click on Save File

Click on Save

Double Click on REMOTE.EXE

Click on OK

Click on Run

Click on OK

Click on OK
